Ideas are really that easy to get. Actually working them into something wonderful… well, that’s why you get a book contract and I get up at an ungodly hour to go to work

I think if I ever go to a con you’re giving a talk at, I’m going to dress up in a duster (doubling as a Harry Dresden) and stand in the corner whispering “Pssst… got a bestseller in waiting here. C’mon, you know you want a look. Before Richardson’s ferret steals it…”

Oh, it’s my fault. I got caught up in work and just picked up Underground for my flight to my brother’s wedding and back. It was awesome, except for when I couldn’t read it due to motion sickness on the plane. LOL I’ll be sure to catch it next time though.

I think ferrets creep in and shove them in your ears at night, scratched onto pumpkin seeds. Kind of like Edward Monktens Madness Hamsters but in reverse.

I really do say that when I’m speaking at cons or workshops–it gets people’s attention and makes them think, which is what I want.

Though I do sometimes tell people I buy them from a guy on a street corner….
