The high point of the week so far: received a compliment on how well-behaved Bella has become from one of my dock neighbors. The owner of Hugo-the-pug stopped me in the dock gate and said “I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was the the other day with Bella’s progress. She’s really improved and you’ve done a great job.” Thank you, neighbor; that means a lot.

Pitbulls are wonderful dogs but like all terriers can be stubborn and difficult to train; not because they’re stupid but because they want to do it their own way. Congratulations on your work with Bella! PS: pugs are highly over rated!
