Poor, Tired Doggy….

Today we went out and about looking for a piece of land on which we might, someday, build a house. We took the dog along, but it was a very stressful trip for her. Usually she’s very good in the truck, but today, she was anxious and too warm, so she panted and whined a lot. Then she had to stay in the truck on the first stop because there were other dogs on the property and she was upset and freaked out by their presence. Later she got to get out and romp on a piece of property, but we didn’t stay long because the property–on a slope with a lot of trees and undergrowth–hadn’t been cleared any further than necessary to drill a well. And then we stopped by a friend’s house for a BBQ, but had to leave early because Bella was getting very upset by not being able to hang out with the people due to the presence of the household dog. Poor girl. The minute we got home, she demanded a treat, and then threw herself into bed. Doesn’t she look pathetic? Poor girl.
No More, Mommy No more, Mommy: I’z too tired.
